Key Responsibilities:

* Work closely with R&D team to write and design manuals for the software products
* Will also provide technical formatting/editing during the development of the manual
* Must be able to simplify and construct complex instructions and information for international users

Our client is a well-known company, which provides solution to the oil and gas/petrochemical industry. They operate in various countries in South East Asia.

Skills and experience required

- Degree in Computer Engineering/Infocomm Technology or any relevant discipline

- Familiar with writing tools and environment skills

(InDesign, DITA, CMS, X-Metal, etc.)

- Must be familiar with the terminology used in design, operation and maintenance

- 5 years experience in writing technical documents and manuals

- Proficient in Project Effort Estimation skills

- Good communication skills (verbal and written)

- Good MS office skills

o Picking of items from their locations in the racking system
o Stacking of items to their designated locations
o Submitting report on picking status
o Checking and scanning of items prior to delivery
o Delivery of the items to their destinations
o Receiving and inspection of deliveries and preparation of reports

2. Decides appropriate location of items.

3. Reviews and signs Delivery Receipts.

4. Ensures cleanliness and orderliness and implements safety and security measures in the warehouse area.

5. Executes work plans as decided by the Warehouse Director for warehouse projects and tasks.

6. Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• With at least 1-2 years experience in Warehousing and Inventory Management

• Bachelor’s/College degree in Business Administration/Management or in any Business Course; Accounting; or any Engineering course

• Proficient in MS Office

• With good leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills

• Self-starter, goal-, results-, and people-oriented.

• Must be between the age range of 24 – 40 years old

• Willing to work on extended hours, rest days and holidays
