RESEARCH ASSOCIATE
The ideal candidate must have the ability to do the following:
• Ability to work within a global team, as well as work independently with little supervision as this is a home based position.
• Contact all news agencies, newspapers, trade associations, journalists, financial news sites, and other for distributing the press releases.
• Monitor and maintain the quality and consistency of product database.
• Provide customer service support for new clients.
• Build and create lists for research and sales purposes for databases.
• Possess excellent English for written and oral communication skills to handle data verification and customer support
• Possess excellent computer skills in a variety of Microsoft suites (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
• Possess superior presentation and analytical skills with ability to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously
• Possess a pleasant phone voice and professional attitude
• Knowledge of publication relations industry and previous customer service experience a plus
