Philippine Coast Guard Savings and Loan Association, Inc.,(PCGSLAI), a Financial Institution catering to all Philippine Coast Guard personnel and their dependents and awarded by the Confederation of Savings and Loan Association Inc. (CONSLAI) as SLAI of the Year 2007 and SLAI of the Year 2008 (1st runner-up).
Job Summary:
The candidate shall lead the Marketing Team in conducting Market Analysis, will be responsible for product development, increase membership & portfolio growth, responsible for the conceptualization, development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies that will enable the Association to maintain its standing among member SLAIs in the Philippines.
Requirements:
- Holder of a BS degree or MBA in Marketing, Business Management or its equivalent
- With at least 5 years relevant work experience in a financial or banking industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
