Our client is the global technology leader and manufacturer of UPS, electronic peripherals and data centre products. It is a multi-billion dollar company with presence in more than 100 countries. Due to growth and expansion they are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst who can achieve sales operation excellence and advocate best in class processes.
Reporting to the Country Manager, the Sales Operations Analyst will take the lead in business process improvement/transformation through analysing existing methods, recommending improvements and implementing new operational procedures. Responsibility will also include providing business operation support to business leaders by monitoring orders, sales and the financial performance of the business units.

Primary Functions & Responsibilities:
1. Oversees the work of the inventory pickers and checkers as they do the following tasks:
o Picking of items from their locations in the racking system
o Stacking of items to their designated locations
o Submitting report on picking status
o Checking and scanning of items prior to delivery
o Delivery of the items to their destinations
o Receiving and inspection of deliveries and preparation of reports
2. Decides appropriate location of items.
3. Reviews and signs Delivery Receipts.
4. Ensures cleanliness and orderliness and implements safety and security measures in the warehouse area.
5. Executes work plans as decided by the Warehouse Director for warehouse projects and tasks.
6. Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• With at least 1-2 years experience in Warehousing and Inventory Management
• Bachelor’s/College degree in Business Administration/Management or in any Business Course; Accounting; or any Engineering course
• Proficient in MS Office
• With good leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Self-starter, goal-, results-, and people-oriented.
• Must be between the age range of 24 – 40 years old
• Willing to work on extended hours, rest days and holidays
